Friday Finish!

I took a break from quilting the big pink quilt in order to finish this baby/toddler quilt.  It was a barter for someone using their pickup to haul my new work tables in.

The quilt finished at about 55 inches square.  It's in the wash right now and hubby will deliver in the morning after his work shift.  I used warm and natural batting so that it wouldn't be so thick.  My neices and nephews seem to like the quilts with the thinner batting in them better for lugging their quilts around, lighter maybe?

I love the way the squiggly quilting on the seams made it look.  To bad I have to give it away, I'd love to snuggle under it my own self!

Now back to the pink monster. :D

Looks awesome! How do you find the time to make as many quilts as you do?? I wish I could finish as well as you! I start out strong then get bored and move on to something else. I'm a little ADD lol :)

Thanks and...

Right now everything I'm finishing is stuff I already had started. I am not supposed to start any new projects until I finish UFOs. That said... The pink thing is something I only started the end of April cuz I got a wild hair. I get bored also but I'm forcing myself to finish UFOs, even if it kills me.

How I have time enough is I don't work outside the home anymore and I use all the time I'd be at work for sewing! Plus the time it would take me to get ready and the drive time as well. LOTS of sewing can get done in a 7-9 hour day. :D
