100th Follower and Blog Hop Giveaway!

As promised a giveaway!  I'm going to celebrate my 100th follower with a Blog Hop Party!  Okay, okay the whole blog hop party was someone elses idea, but it sure seemed like a coincidence that it happened now, for my 100th follower.. okay okay so everything is NOT about my blog.  Fine! ;)

After you enter my giveaway make sure you click the banner to go visit all of the other blogs giving away goodies.  I know I will be.. I mean really..  am I supposed to resist winning more fabric?  I think not!

Blog Hop Party with Give-Aways

So for my giveaway I've decided to give away fat quarters of my favorite things that I have in my stash right now, no rhyme or reason, no matchy/matchy just the 4 favorite things in my stash at the moment.  You might laugh, but a couple of these were really hard to cut into but I figured I got them because I loved them and I don't have a plan so I can part with a FQ of them right?

Left to Right:
Leslie Beck for VIP : Good Fortune by Kate Spain : Kyoto by Avlyn : & some Riley Blake

So there you have it!  Giveaway will run until September 3rd sometime in the morning.  After I've had my coffee I'll do a random # thingy.  I will ship to anywhere that the U.S. Postal service will ship to.

How to enter?  You can have an entry if you follow me.  Warning though, sometimes I post a lot and other times I go a week or two or a month without a post.  Mostly this is a quilting blog but once in a while I post about something else.

You can have a second entry if you answer this question:
What did you or would you major in, in College (University)?  I took a lot of computer stuff and was heading toward a degree in Computer Science but then I changed my mind.  I think now I'd love to go to Le Cordon Bleu.  Not necessarily to become a working chef, but just because I adore cooking and would love to be much better at it.

There you have it.  Two entries=two comments.  If you do not answer the question for your second entry it will not count!  Pet Peeve of mine.... not answering the question! ;)

Good luck!

I got a degree in English from the Naval Academy and then got out of the navy and became a high school teacher. I got my MA in TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages) and taught for several years. I worked a little on a PhD, but then had kids and now stay home full time. If I could do it all over, I would have gone anywhere else in the world to college and become a marine biologist or research scientist.

If I went back to college, I can't really say what I wish I'd get a degree in. In some ways I still haven't grown up, there are so many things I'd love to do! And right now none of them stand out more than the other. I think history is fascinating and I am always amazed by the people who know so much about antiques. But being an appraiser sounds kind of boring. :P Some of the other things I wish I could do don't require degrees, like racing cars.
