Finished!

The Churn Dash is done and on my bed!  I took a phone picture to post and Hubby will have to take good pictures tomorrow with his fancy schmancy camera that I am afraid I will drop so I avoid touching it.... 

I've been piecing on the Spidey quilt for our brother in law and I've got it to 58 inches square.  I love the look of checkerboard borders but man they take a while, especially when you aren't doing them in only a couple of fabrics!

I'm also working on this thing.. whatever it is called, when the boredom of the checkerboards gets to me.

I said this was the year I was going to finish a bunch of UFOs and I'm really going to try to cook on that goal as much as I can! I owe all of my siblings quilts and as the oldest of 8, it could take me a while but maybe one of them will like that Scrappy thing.  I also have a baby quilt in pink and lavender that I need to figure out and get done by April or May.

Well, back to it.  If one of my kids wins the PowerBall maybe they will support me in the manner to which I would like to become accustomed.... which for me would be a huge room full of fabric and sewing equipment that I never need to leave because I have a housekeeper and a cook. LOL!! Wouldn't that be grand?
