Finishes and Foodz

 Hello my quilty friends.

I have been thinking lately, which is a very dangerous path to go down, generally.  I got my daughter involved in my thinking also and we have decided to implement a weekly schedule.

I find that I generally get done working for the day between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM (depending on overtime) and then I clean the kitchen, and clean and organize at least one other room, then I make dinner, then I clean the kitchen again, not to mention I usually have to do some cleaning in the kitchen every morning while I'm making coffee as well.

Daughter said out loud "why should you have to cook or clean anything?" There is a retired adult and a seasonal/craft making adult living here also who rarely clean or cook anything, and don't support the household financially very much either". (they both earn but I am the primary bread winner at the moment and probably until I retire).

Spouse did agree with her and so we have a new "schedule" in theory where they do a deep clean on the house every Thursday, they each cook once a week and we eat on leftovers most of the week from that then I cook and bake bread on the weekends and occasionally put things I use in the dishwasher but in theory, I shouldn't have to really clean anything.

I'm not sure how this will pan out, and I guess we are starting it this weekend, though she's away on a job so realistically it won't start until Tuesday when she is back so she can "remind" people.

Anyway, here is stuff that I did during the week.
